Preliminary Round

PRELIMINARY ROUND REPORT

I hope everyone had an enjoyable match in the Preliminary round.

Thank you to all captains for completing on time. Please keep up the good work.

A few points, which may be of interest, are shown below:

The closest match was when Congresbury of Div 4 beat Page Flickers from Div 3 by just 3 points. Both sides had two players due to illness. It goes to show that every point counts.

Division 1 sides, KCC A versus Almonds C resulted in KCC A being victorious.

The Division 2 duel, between Portishead B and Filton Olympus went to Portishead B despite them having a lower handicap.

The cup holders Civil Service Raiders and last years runner up Civil Service Saracens are both through to round one.

The First round draw has now been published and all club Secretaries have a copy as well as the score sheet.

If any team captains would also like the draw, please let me know.

Each winning team is due to submit the Score Sheet to arrive within Seven days,
